- If you book an appointment and your child does not show up for his/her ENTIRE tutoring session, or does not cancel within 24 hours of booked appointment you will be charged the full amount. ( I do understand that things occur but you must cancel in advance.)
- If the tutor cancels or does not show up you will receive a full refund ( I do understand that time is valuable.)
- All refunds will take 2 to 7 business days
